For those interning abroad, we ensure things go as smoothly as possible by organizing your airport pick up, accommodation, local orientation, and more. In most locations, your meals are also included so you won’t even need to worry about food!

Once you’ve chosen your preferred career field for your top destination or remote internship, submit your interest via our online application form (for free).
Applying takes just a few minutes and is just a formal expression of interest – so there’s no commitment needed at this stage. If you’re not 100% set on your dates, duration, destination, or career field, that’s okay! You can easily make changes to your application for free before you confirm your participation. We can also answer any questions you have.

Secure your internship
Once you’ve been accepted onto your chosen internship program, secure your place by paying the deposit
We’ll review your application to confirm you’re a good match for your chosen internship program and that there is availability for the dates you’ve requested. We can then accept you onto the program.
Once you’re accepted, you can reserve your place by paying a deposit of US$499 (approximately 499). This payment serves as your first installment of the internship Program Fee and is deducted from the total. This payment allows us to reserve your desired internship dates while we commence your internship arrangements in detail.
There are two options to choose from when you’re booking - Standard or Flexi. The Flexi option assists to offer refundability, which we recommend when you’re planning well in advance. Learn more here.
Interning for academic credit? No problem! Once you have paid your deposit and we’ve begun planning your internship, our team can support you with any administrative paperwork required by your college or university.

Payment of your deposit kickstarts our matchmaking process to identify a relevant and exciting internship placement for you.
Our local coordinators tap into our network of hundreds of host organizations to find a placement that best fits your chosen career field, desired learning outcomes, current level of skills and experience, and any academic requirements that you may be seeking to fulfill.
Once we have secured a placement for you, we'll let you know where you'll be interning and give you an overview of the type of work you'll be doing. If you have any concerns at this stage, we'll try to tailor the placement for your specific needs, or discuss other options. We always strive to ensure you're 100% happy with your internship.

Pay the balance of your Program Fee
Your Program Fee covers the cost of hosting and supporting you throughout your internship.
Once you have confirmed your placement, you must pay the deposit to secure your internship. Next, the remaining balance of your Program Fee must be paid.
For Internships Abroad:
Your Program Fee needs to be fully paid at least 70 days prior to your internship start date. This payment covers your:
- airport pick-up,
- orientation,
- accommodation,
- meals (on selected programs), and
- 24/7 in-country local staff support for the duration of your internship.
For Remote Internships:
Your Program Fee needs to be fully paid within 7 days of receiving your placement assignment. This payment will covers the support provided by:
- your programs local coordinator; who will work closely with you,
- your host organization, and
- your supervisor.
This will help to maximize your learning experience.
In all cases, your Program Fee also covers our Experiential Learning Curriculum and mentorship from your Internship Manager, which help you maximize your learning outcomes and develop the job-ready skills that employers look for.
Zero-Fee Payment Plan for Program Fees:
If your overall Program Fee is over US$1,000 (and you have already paid your deposit) we offer a payment installment plan at no additional cost. You have the option to divide the total Program Fee into 2, 4, or 5 equal installments, rather than paying it all at once.

Your internship supervisor will guide your experience with an orientation, project plan, defined personal objectives, and regular check-ins
Our internship programs all begin with:
- For those interning abroad, we’ll pick you up from the airport, take you to your accommodation and provide you with great tips for things to see and do.
- A comprehensive orientation to get you familiarized with your new position, team, organization and culture.
- An introduction to your dedicated supervisor within your host organization. Together, you’ll form a plan for your personal objectives and desired learning outcomes.
- Delivery of our Experiential Learning Curriculum, which combines weekly personal development with professional competency building.
